As tax preparers, we are required to gather a ton of your personal information, including I.D. (yes, we really have to, even if we've known you for 100 years!) At no time do we ever give any of that info to anyone else, even if you ask us to. If your bank, lawyer, investment advisor, whoever... wants a copy of your tax return, we can send you a copy to give to them, but do not provide it directly. (First 3 copies you request from us are free...after that we're charging you for our time if you still didn't save it somewhere yourself.)

Texting

Our phone system can send and receive SMS messages. (Message and data rates may apply.) By giving us your phone number, you are consenting to receive text messages unless otherwise indicated. (You may reply "STOP" at any time to opt out of future messaging.) However, we do not use "bots" - if you receive a text, it will always be because a human sent it. We will never spam you. Therefore, frequency of messages will solely be on a case by case basis, as required in order to complete your tax filings/ book keeping. If you text us "HELP" we'll probably try to provide more information. Again, not a bot though...
